Over her nearly 20-year career in human capital management, Terra Dotta Chief People Officer Erin Miller has honed deep expertise in building cultures of belonging and high performance. Her innovative people-first strategies are rooted in global performance management, talent engagement and retention, DEIBA (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging and Accessibility) and remote workforce engagement. Previously, Erin led the People team of local Raleigh start-up TransLoc (which was acquired by Ford) and spent 10 years building a strong employee growth and development culture at The Motley Fool. Erin earned her bachelor’s degree from Bluefield College and is completing her master’s degree in human resource management from the University of Southern California.
