We would like to thank everyone who stopped by our booth at NAFSA for making this our best conference ever.
Starting with our reception on Monday evening all the way through tear down on Friday, we appreciated everyone who came by to sing a song, see a demonstration of our software, or just say hello.

Daniel began working for Terra Dotta in May of 2012 as a Marketing Assistant. He maintains the Terra Dotta demonstration sites, manages the company’s social media efforts, and serves as editor of the monthly Portal newsletter..
Prior to joining Terra Dotta, Daniel received a B.A. in English from Lenoir-Rhyne University with program honors. During his tenure at the university, he managed the campus radio station, served as President of the school’s Film Appreciation Society and as Vice-President of the College Democrats.
When he’s not working with the Marketing team contributing to Terra Dotta’s public presentation, he spends time as a community-relations representative and training with Lenoir-Rhyne’s Ultimate Frisbee team as well as making music with friends.
Daniel stated that his favorite aspect of Terra Dotta is “getting to work with an intelligent cast of characters who are able to laugh and have a good time while still taking their job very seriously.”

This webinar will focus on the administrative tools for building program itineraries and how they impact the application/registration processes and location tracking. It will also cover new ways that the itineraries functionality can be used to cover side-trips more efficiently and we will review the new program type options available in TDS14 that impact the collection of travel itinerary information.

Travel management will get a significant upgrade in TDS14. This session will focus on improvements in the registration process that empower travelers and facilitate more accurate data collection. This includes travel itineraries, which allow multiple travel locations and date sets within a single registration. It will also cover additional Terra Dotta software enhancements designed to improve both the traveler and administrator experience of managing ad-hoc travel. Whether you are currently managing ad-hoc travelers, or thinking about instituting a process at your institution, this webinar will provide insight on how to do so effectively.
